I have 20 Fresenius (4008 B,E,H,S) and 1 Gambro instrument to serve...
so about AK200:

Complicated for nurses - too many buttons in illogical places. When it alarms you have to press all buttons :P
No automatic disinf with liquid disinfectant. You have to connect the canister manually, like old type Fresenius.

Easy for technician - just running and running and running... without problems. Maybe I am just lucky with that single instrument

Hi,
It's a machine of it's own class, it has enhanced patient care and high accuracy over UF removal.

If u compare directly with fresenius as a technical point of it Gambro is more accurate - reason is Fresenius is having only one temperature and conductivity probes, it is just monitoring only, not regulating or supervising, where as Gmabro have two probes for Temp/cond. and it supervises the UF removal.

I am sure the latest software of AK200S will be the best avaible machine in the renal market, infact you can argue like Baxter-tina got 3 probes but the fact is Baxter-Tina has lot of manufacturing defects, if u like like to know i have the proof for the same.

Feel free to contact for any clarification.

With best regards
